The selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is able to reduce the NOx created by gas turbine, boiler, reciprocating engine. BASF has 50 years experiences in SCR production as well as the leading supplier of SCR. BASF SCR reduces H20 chemical reaction of NOx up to 97%. The material coated VNXTM, Zeolite, ETZTM with vanadium and titanium layer of porous ceramic honeycomb carrier. The catalyst is with high temperature of ceramic carrier brings out suddenly thermal energy shock in motion.
The diesel generating set uses fossil fuel will be a challenge to be complied with the strict emission standards for the control emission of HC,CO,NOx and particulate matter.
The generating set uses BASF catalyst system could help to reduce CO,VOCs for control emission in a good condition.
And BASF catalyst is available for installing at high particle producing equipment like the wood burned boiler. Over the years BASF catalyst has been overcoming various challenge successfully
